Shipping and Delivery
Last updated September 30, 2026
White-glove delivery is included with every chair, at no cost, anywhere in the continental United States. There is no shipping charge to calculate and no threshold to reach.
What white-glove delivery actually means
A professional two-person team brings the chair into the room of your choice, fully assembles and positions it, tests every function with you, and takes all the packaging away. You do not lift anything and you are not left with a crate in the driveway.
This matters more in this category than in most. A massage chair arrives in a crate that weighs more than most furniture, and curbside delivery, where the carrier leaves it at the end of your driveway, is how chairs get damaged. Damage caused while a customer moves a crate is not covered by anyone.
How long it takes
In-stock chairs are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery appointment itself is scheduled directly with you rather than assigned, because somebody needs to be home and the room needs to be clear. You receive tracking and updates throughout.
If a chair is not in stock, we tell you the lead time before you buy rather than after.
Who carries it
We work with freight carriers and professional white-glove providers that offer room-of-choice delivery, assembly, inspection and packaging removal. The team that arrives is trained on these chairs specifically; a general furniture crew is not the same thing.
Where we deliver
Our showroom and our own delivery operation are centered on San Jose and the greater Bay Area, which is where we can be fastest and most flexible. Across the rest of the continental United States we arrange freight and professional delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are handled case by case. Send us your ZIP code and we will confirm what is possible for your address before you commit to anything.
Before delivery day
Two measurements save most of the problems we see. Measure the path the chair has to travel, doorways, stairwells and the turn at the top of a staircase. And check the wall clearance the specific model needs to reach full recline, which varies widely by model and is usually more than people expect.
A chair that fits your room but not your staircase is a problem discovered at the worst possible moment. If you are unsure, send us the measurements and we will check them against the model before the truck is booked.
If something arrives damaged
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. Delivery damage is handled under the manufacturer warranty and shipping protection, not as a return. Our care team works with the manufacturer and the carrier on replacement parts, in-home service, authorized repair or replacement.
This is one reason white-glove delivery is worth having: the people who carried the chair document its condition on arrival, which is the difference between a resolved claim and a dispute.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a chair has been delivered, which is exactly why we encourage you to sit in one at our San Jose showroom first. The full terms are on our returns policy page.
