This is our assessment of Infinity as a dealer that carries the line, not a collection of customer reviews. We do not have published customer ratings for these chairs and we are not going to manufacture them, so what follows is what we have learned from having Infinity on our floor in San Jose.
We sell these chairs, which is a conflict of interest and you should read this knowing that. The way we deal with it is to be specific about what the brand does badly as well as what it does well. If a section below reads like an advert, ignore it.

Where it is genuinely strong
Syner-D dual mechanism. Two massage assemblies instead of one, so your shoulders and lower back get their own drive. The Ultra Imperial is the full expression of it and it feels clearly different from a single-mechanism chair.
The strongest documented warranty we carry. Five years frame, three years parts, one year labour, published per model. Compare that against the rest of this list and it is the clearest number on our floor.
A genuine design-led option. The Restora hides the entire mechanism inside what reads as a furniture piece. Few brands attempt it and fewer pull it off.
Where it falls short
4D starts high. The cheapest 4D Infinity is meaningfully more expensive than the cheapest 4D Kyota. If 4D is the requirement and the budget is mid-range, this line makes you stretch.
The entry point is not low. Nothing here competes at the bottom of the market, so it is rarely the answer for a first chair or a guest room.
Track length is mid-pack. The longest we publish is 49 inches. Two other brands we carry publish longer.
Who it suits
Someone buying near the top of the range, or anyone who wants the warranty question settled in writing.
