Ceragem approaches the problem from thermal spinal care rather than roller massage, and that is the most important thing to understand before comparing it to anything else in our showroom. The Master V series are thermal massage beds that work along the full spine; the Pause M series are massage chairs. Same brand, genuinely different products.
On the Master side, the V4 is the approachable entry into Ceragem thermal therapy with gentle spinal work, the V5 and V6 add balanced full-spine coverage and targeted thermal treatment, the V7 adds adjustable intensity, and the V9 is the flagship with full-spine coverage. The Master S4 sits slightly apart as a smart wellness lounger with a modular design.
The Pause chairs are the conventional answer: the M4 for everyday comfort in a space-conscious frame, the M6 for a more luxurious take, and the M10 for full massage chair comfort in a form built to fit where you actually live. If you came in wanting a massage chair, the Pause line is where to start; if your interest is spinal thermal therapy, the Master line is a different conversation.

Two families, two different products
This distinction matters more on Ceragem than on any other brand we carry.
Master series — thermal massage beds
V4, V5, V6, V7 and V9, plus the modular S4 lounger. These work along the spine with thermal therapy rather than with a roller mechanism in a seated position. People come to Ceragem specifically for this.
Pause series — massage chairs
Pause M4, M6 and M10. Conventional massage chairs in Ceragem's design language, scaled from space-conscious to full comfort. These cross-shop directly against Infinity, Kyota and BodyFriend.
Which one you want
If your back is the reason you are shopping and you are curious about thermal spinal work, try a Master. If you want to sit down at the end of the day and be worked over by rollers, try a Pause. Trying both takes twenty minutes and usually settles it immediately.

Both, depending on the series. The Master series are thermal massage beds that work along the full spine. The Pause series are massage chairs. They are different products for different reasons, and we keep both on the showroom floor so you can compare them directly.
Where can I try Ceragem in the Bay Area?
At our San Jose showroom on Saratoga Avenue. Ceragem is not carried by most local massage chair dealers, so this is one of the few places in Silicon Valley where you can try the Master and Pause lines side by side.
How much does a Ceragem cost?
