Overview
Spinal stretch therapy combined with PEMF electromagnetic stimulation for targeted back care.
The Medical Phantom is built around therapy rather than relaxation. Its core function is mechanical spinal stretch therapy directed at the lumbar and cervical regions, the two areas where desk work, driving and poor sleep posture accumulate.
Layered on top is PEMF stimulation reaching 580 Gauss. Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy is used in recovery settings for its effect on circulation and muscle relaxation, and here it runs alongside full airbag pressure massage and adjustable heat up to 113F so the session addresses the same area through several mechanisms at once.
This is the model to look at when the priority is a specific, persistent back complaint rather than general unwinding. It is worth trying in the showroom before deciding, because the stretch therapy feels different from a conventional massage chair and suits some bodies far better than others.

Questions
Good to know.
Yes. A professional team delivers to the room of your choice, assembles and positions the chair, tests it, and removes all packaging, included across the continental US.
Not automatically. A massage chair is a dual-purpose item, so it becomes eligible only when a licensed provider documents medical necessity in a Letter of Medical Necessity. Several of our chairs are listed on Burst, a platform built to handle that review. We are a massage chair dealer, not a medical or tax advisor, so the decision rests with your provider.
Flexible monthly financing is available through trusted partners, subject to approval, from about $300/mo over 36 months.
If it is not the right fit, return within 30 days of delivery in original condition. We also offer a Chair Upgrade Program that credits your chair toward a future model.
5-year manufacturer warranty: 3 years full service plus 2 years parts.
